Stepping Stones
Nurturing, Trauma-Focused Setting
Stepping Stones Provides individualized therapy appropriate for the ages and cognitive levels of the youth they serve.
At Stepping Stones, youth receive a hands-on, experiential approach with more toys in the home. They also get access to the 8000 sq. foot gym, fishing ponds, highly structured academic programming, as well as psychiatric medication management.
Meet the Stepping Stones Leadership Team
Nathan Larson, Home Supervisor
Nathan has mentored troubled teens and adults since 2013. He has mentored at YHA, rehab groups, and AA groups. He strives to help everyone inside and outside the program. At YHA, he spends his time playing games with the youth and managing outdoor activities while balancing the office side of youth mentorship. He also maintains a yearly garden that all youth are encouraged to patriciate in. This gives the youth a chance to learn the power of persistence and hard work. Nathan is also an avid outdoorsman and herbalist.
Employee Spotlight of the Month!

Youth admitted to Lakeside RTC have significant abusive-behavior patterns that require long-term treatment intervention. Due to our experience and advanced level of programming, this facility is generally able to graduate a youth from the program in twelve months.
