Eagle Academy

Home-Centered, Therapeutic Environment

Eagle Academy was designed to help youth reduce stress, improve core beliefs, and learn healthy coping mechanisms.

With Saint Bernard therapy dogs, a basketball court in the backyard, and a large fishing pond, Eagle is the perfect home for healing.

Meet the Eagle Leadership Team

Matt Clark, Home Supervisor

Matt has been a part of the YHA family since 2003. He has worked with at-risk youth since 1994. It’s not uncommon to find Matt working with the boys and tools; building projects and beautifying the yard. Matt has a remarkable ability to build rapport with the youth, staff, and parents. He finds great joy in helping build self-esteem and teaching appropriate coping and social skills.

Youth admitted to Eagle RTC have significant abusive-behavior patterns that require long-term treatment intervention. The length of stay is 12-18 months, with 6-12 months of follow-up aftercare services. Due to our experience and advanced level of programming, this facility is generally able to graduate a youth from the program in twelve months.
